Many of our blends, including Herbal and Floral & Fruit teas, are naturally caffeine-free. Our single-origin black teas do contain caffeine.
Each tea has a recommended brewing guide: generally, use fresh water, steep for 3–5 minutes, and adjust to taste. Detailed instructions are provided on our product pages.
